Share secluded beaches with seals not people. Molokai is the last truly Hawaiian Island that will take you in and make you want to stay forever!!
Step back in time on Molokai, where there are no traffic lights, no buildings taller than a coconut tree, secluded beaches, locally owned restaurants, and star-filled nights untouched by city lights. It’s a place known for its natural beauty, peaceful pace, and the warm spirit of its people.
Our condo is located on the west end of the island, facing directly out to the ocean. From the lanai, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, the sound of crashing waves, and the endless beauty of the Pacific.
For your beach adventures, we provide two Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a beach bag, and a cooler—everything you need for a perfect day by the water.
The complex also features community gas grills and picnic benches, making it easy to cook outdoors and gather with the new friends you’re sure to meet during your stay.
You’ll also have access to the only oceanfront pool on Molokai’s west end, complete with comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax and soak up the Hawaiian sunshine. Just steps away is one of the island’s best surfing beaches, located right next to the pool area.
This second-floor condo overlooks a lush green yard and offers peaceful views toward the ocean. The unit features a cozy loft with a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable and relaxing sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator, along with all the cookware, glasses, and gadgets you’ll need for preparing and serving meals.
For added convenience, the condo has an in-unit washer and dryer.
On the lanai, you’ll find comfortable new high-top chairs and a table for four, perfect for enjoying dinner, a peaceful breakfast, or an afternoon drink while taking in the ocean view.
The condo also includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Speaker and a Roku-enabled flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
The only place you can smoke, is at the smoking tables by buildings 13 and 22. Please be a responsible smoker and clean up after yourself.
The fine for being caught smoking is $250.
We hosted a freelance travel writer and photographer, Gerry Feehan - Here's his story about Molokai and our Condo.
History of Kepuhi Beach Resort
The Louisiana Land Corporation started Kaluakoi in 1977. Of the 300 units on property, 150 belonged to the hotel and 148 units (ours) were privately owned but still operated by the hotel. Sheraton very successfully managed the hotel for the first 10 years. Tokyo Kosan then bought the hotel and Colony Hotels ran the day-to-day operation. The hotel began to go down hill. At this time, some of the private units formed their own rental pool called “The Villas”. Tokyo Kosan was unsuccessful in running the business and the complex fell into disarray. The hotel closed, as well as the restaurant and golf course. Most of the jobs on the west end were lost. The 148 private units continued to operate, some with “The Villas” and others on their own. In 2002 Molokai Ranch bought the property and has since upgraded some of the infrastructure. As an Association, we have a cross easement with the Ranch to use their pool and other agreements for electricity, water, and other fixed costs.
